Transportation Specialist

Club Med Sas is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of transportation services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Call Centre by completing transportation requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Administer both Amadeus and the in-house reservation system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Handle group requests efficiently for the Meetings and Events department
- Communicate travel information to clients, including schedule changes and potential issues
- Assist the Finance department in the reconciliation of Transport billings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airline companies to ensure favorable terms and conditions
Requirements:
- University graduate or at least 3 years of experience in ticketing or travel agency
- Excellent knowledge of the airline industry, airline rules and regulations, and airline partners
- Strong technical skills, including Amadeus selling Platform utilization and BSP knowledge
- Fluent Spanish and good level of English (French is a plus)
