About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Tour Operations Strategist to join our team in Palma, Spain. As a key member of our commercial growth team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with tour, activity, and ticketing suppliers in top destinations, ports, and venues in the region.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the commercial growth of our business by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support commercial growth by building strong relationships with tour, activity, and ticketing suppliers
• Identify new opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with suppliers
• Support the suppliers' enrolment and onboarding process
• Build and optimise the supply of pre-existing cities and venues as well as launch new destinations within the region
• Liaise with different stakeholders to implement best practices
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends in the region

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Destination knowledge, especially Experiences and Transfers suppliers, will be highly advantageous
• Knowledge and/or experience within the cruise industry would be a plus
• Strong experience in sales or account management, preferably in the tourism and/or e-commerce industry
• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills and a successful record of closing deals and building strategic partnerships
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to quickly address issues
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Full understanding of digital components and new industry standards, with particular regard to API-based connectivity, channel managers, reservation technologies
• Comfortable with targets and working in a key results-driven environment with different priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid knowledge of digital tools (e.g. task managements, CRM, contracting platforms)
