Product Management Principal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Principal Specialist to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our IT Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Airline Solutions Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure the team performs at a high level, and lead by example as a leader in your area.
- Business Acumen: Understand how main business drivers may impact your area, assess complex problems with broad impact, and recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans.
- Project Management: Work with a high level of autonomy, lead projects or contribute to broad cross-functional projects, and contribute to planning of resources and budget.
- Product Strategy: Articulate and develop value propositions and key messages corresponding to problem statements, and articulate them into new product concepts or upgrades.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze solution offerings of competitors and define the strategic positioning of the product in alignment with Product Marketing Management.
- Partnership Management: Manage 3rd party partnerships, including requirement definition and prioritization, coordination of product evolution, and other activities with the partner.
- Stakeholder Management: Embark Amadeus teams on product vision, share product knowledge, and ensure mutual understanding of the business.
- Customer Collaboration: Drive co-innovation with customers to validate customer value drivers, define features of the products (MVP and beyond), and prioritize based on effort and expected business value.
- Product Roadmap: Define and manage product roadmap, socialize and align timelines with relevant stakeholders, and work closely with Product Marketing Management, Operations, and R&D teams.
- Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile events, such as Lean Portfolio Management, PI planning, System demos, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and fulfill Product Owner role or ART PM when applicable.
