Digital Marketing Specialist - German Speaker

MotorK, a leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join its international Activation team. The role will cover operations for Germany, with the rest of the team working from across Europe and the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up MotorK's SaaS products in accordance with client requirements for the German market. This will involve gathering information, managing client requests, and prioritizing workflow to ensure seamless product configuration and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather all necessary information to set up SaaS products for clients
  • Manage client requests and prioritize workflow
  • Configure websites and CRM systems for clients to use SaaS products
  • Perform necessary product configuration to meet client requirements
  • Present progress and final products to clients and address queries
  • Collaborate with R&D teams on ticket management
  • Work with Success Managers to control project scope and prevent scope creeping

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in stakeholder management and technical support
  • Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act as a 'power user' for complex business applications
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS and front-end technologies
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and practices
  • German native level and fluent English

Working Pattern and Location:

  • Full-time, permanent role
  • Monday to Friday
  • Hybrid role with office based in Madrid
