**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Launch Operations team. This role reports to the Director of Platform Strategy, overseeing Solutions Engineering and Launch Operations departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage product configuration for clients, including new customer set-ups and changes requested by existing customers.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and other engineering teams to handle app and web user interface releases and support new feature launches.
- Oversee configuration file management, setup script execution, customization, and release of white-label apps and websites, as well as setup operations in internal and external systems.
- Utilize tools like Xcode, Android Studio, Postman, GitLab, and Jira to achieve these objectives.
**Delivery Management**
- Focus on delivery lifecycle rituals, including planning, Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, Release Coordination, Delivery Processes, and Customer Launch Support.
- Partner with engineers and BAs to groom backlogs, estimate future work, and agree on definitions of done.
**Requirements**
As a successful candidate, you'll have experience in delivery management, team leadership, and technical program management. You'll be able to develop and delegate tasks, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
