About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our team at Kantox. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our corporate clients receive the highest value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and objectives, and work closely with them to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Lead quarterly account reviews to ensure our clients' objectives are met and they receive maximum value from our solutions.
  • Critical Situation Management: Manage critical customer situations both internally and with the client, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Upsell Opportunities: Identify and develop upsell opportunities to increase the usage of our solutions and drive business growth.
  • Client Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer in Kantox, requesting feedback and ensuring it is addressed and actioned internally.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Provide day-to-day support to clients on specific topics, such as hedging programs, to ensure they receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • Experience: More than 2 years of experience in serving corporate customers in a Customer Success, Sales, or demanding Customer Service role.
  • Education: Educational background in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Language Skills: Strong communications skills, with a native/bilingual level of Spanish and fluent in English.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent client-facing skills, experienced in building relationships and managing stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Great organizational skills with ability to work autonomously.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A problem-solving attitude and resilience under pressure.
