Salary and BenefitsAn attractive salary package based on your experience and skills is offered. The estimated annual salary for this role is around €45,000-€55,000.
About the RoleThis hybrid position allows you to work remotely three days a week while engaging with our team in our vibrant Barcelona office for two days a week. As a Junior Campaign Specialist fluent in Dutch, you will be vital in creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google's platforms.
You will enjoy the flexibility of remote work while benefiting from the collaborative environment of our Barcelona office. Your Dutch language skills will be crucial for tailoring campaigns to Dutch-speaking audiences.
The key responsibilities include:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video formats.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors in Dutch-speaking regions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure KPIs are met, and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that ad copy, landing pages, and creative materials align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
- Client Support: Help account managers communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any campaign-related inquiries.
- Ad Optimization: Implement strategies for improving ad performance through methods such as A/B testing, keyword adjustments, and bid management.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of campaign strategies, performance, and insights for future reference and planning.
The requirements for this role include:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing platforms is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of tools such as Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex information and interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Team Player: Collaborative and comfortable working both remotely and in-office.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work environment.
