Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Aspen Philippines. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product presentations to physicians and pharmacists to promote our products and build awareness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and report competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, disease knowledge, and selling skills to deliver high-quality information to healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any medical, health, or life science degree is an advantage.
- At least one year of experience as a Medical Representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
