Job Overview: Onsite Search Specialist Lead

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Search Specialist Lead to join our team at Axiom Software Solutions. As an onsite search expert, you will be responsible for optimizing our website's search results page (SRP) dash facet optimization, product spotlights, category links, promotion banners, and campaigns.

About the Role:

  • Optimize search result pages with 0 results to avoid exits from the online stores.
  • Quality control to ensure the best relevancy and end-to-end experience (audit and analyze).
  • Provide feedback to the merchandising team on the performance of keywords and recommend plans to improve the click-through rate of low-performing keywords.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in onsite search optimization.
  • SQL Knowledge and data analytics expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with merchandising + adv teams NPI and campaigns.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 per annum, based on industry standards.
