About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Procurement Manager to join our Global Category Team. As a key member of our Procurement Department, you will be responsible for managing various categories, including IT Outsourcing, Ad-hoc IT/R&D contractors, and Non-Enterprise IT related SaaS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize software procurement and outsourcing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to reduce total costs and risks.
  • Lead RFx and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings.
  • Organize internal coordination of RFPs between different teams.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to hold suppliers accountable for performance and delivery.
  • Contribute to improving Procure-to-Pay processes and tools to drive efficiency and added value services.
  • Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business, Procurement & Supply Chain, or Engineering.
  • Significant experience in Procurement, vendor management, contract management, and RFx.
  • Mandatory experience related to software and services/contractors.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and prioritize workload.
  • Fluent in English.
