Estimated Salary Range: $10.00 - $11.25 per hour
Job Description:
As a Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness Toledo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member experiences, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations, and promoting a positive atmosphere within the club. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting members and guests with a smile and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience
- Checking in members and guests efficiently while adhering to company procedures
- Facilitating messages on club software and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while assisting with projects delegated by management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in reading and writing, comfortable with learning new technologies, and possess a strong customer service mindset.
