**Job Summary**

Sid Global Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing office supplies, and handling logistics.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining physical and digital employee records.
  • Screen phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system and ensure that all company documents are up-to-date.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory.
  • Make travel arrangements for staff members, including local and international trips.
  • Handle logistics, including mail, parcels, and other administrative tasks.
  • Organize company events and meetings.
  • Manage service apartments and handle vendor relationships.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopy machines.
  • Basic math skills and solid time-management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
