**Job Summary**
Sid Global Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing office supplies, and handling logistics.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining physical and digital employee records.
- Screen phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system and ensure that all company documents are up-to-date.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory.
- Make travel arrangements for staff members, including local and international trips.
- Handle logistics, including mail, parcels, and other administrative tasks.
- Organize company events and meetings.
- Manage service apartments and handle vendor relationships.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and photocopy machines.
- Basic math skills and solid time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
