European Sales Leadership Role

CENTOGENE is a global biotech company dedicated to delivering data-driven answers to patients, physicians, and biopharma partners. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team and drive our European sales efforts forward.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the European market and a proven track record in sales leadership. You will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify market opportunities and lead efforts to drive product and service adoption across the region.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and expectations for team members.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
- Negotiate and close large-scale contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential threats and opportunities in the market.
- Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and service levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and customer support.
- Coordinate with other regional directors to share best practices and align on company-wide goals.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Track regional performance metrics, including sales revenue, pipeline activity, and team performance.
