Job Description:

Tigermed is seeking a skilled Clinical Project Manager to lead clinical research affairs and ensure project management runs smoothly.

This role involves drafting and implementing effective project management strategies, conducting clinical operations, and managing project contractual deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for study sponsors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to achieve project milestones and quality assurance.
  • Manage project scopes and costs to mitigate financial risk and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain adherence to Tigermed's SOPs, policies, and guidelines at the project level.
  • Ensure projects comply with company processes and systems, including CTMS and OA eTMF.
  • Participate in bid defense processes and provide necessary training to project team members.
  • Conduct performance feedback sessions with line managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Medical, Pharmacology, Biology).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current drug development processes, regulations (GCP, local), and clinical trial operations.
  • A minimum of 10 years of industry experience, including 6 years of project management experience (CRO background preferred).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); local language fluency is an asset.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong project management and time management abilities.
