This role is part of the C&CE CoE team and focuses on partnering with divisions in EMEA to develop and improve tools and processes to support Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Program and Project coordination: Support BSC divisional sales in designing solutions to support the business.
  • Manage delivery of projects and coordinate with divisional stakeholders.
  • Ensure there is a consistent approach & methodology established for program and project management with best practice tools and processes.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per annum, based on the location and requirements outlined in the job description.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with wide-ranging experience and expertise in a specialized field, including technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or other related technical field) and senior level experience (5 years onwards of relevant experience in similar roles within structured environment).

Key skills include:

  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Suite (Salesforce Admin certification), Agile experience, Requirement Collection and User Story Logic, Creating and maintaining a backlog CRM product (Microsoft Dynamics or SAP) Marketing product (Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua) Process workflow (IF THEN condition, WHAT IF situation etc...)
