Join Our Team as a Solution Architect for Retail Technology

We are the Nestlé Nespresso SA Company, a leading player in the portioned coffee market. Our team is passionate about innovation and committed to delivering high-quality coffee experiences to our customers. We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join our Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

About the Role

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that our On-Site Retail Technology aligns with our overall Enterprise Architecture and meets the product group strategy. You will work closely with DevOps / development teams and suppliers to secure optimal delivery and maximized business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver architectural design for Retail Solutions and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience.
  • Evaluate and select software and hardware product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations.
  • Define guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
  • Deliver the integration of solutions within the context of Nespresso Boutiques.
  • Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures, or culture) and financial impact of the solution architecture.
  • Monitor and analyze the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.
