Requirements:
- Strong technical academic background; Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration
- Strong proficiency in business English and local language
- Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments
- Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities
- Ability to adapt to different cultures and helping our operations around the world
- Enjoyment in mastering complex concepts and applying learnings in practical ways to make an impact
- Ability to approach challenges creatively, thinking outside the box to find the best solutions
- Appreciation and respect for diverse perspectives and ability to share your own ideas and work inclusively

The program is designed to help you fully develop yourself on a personal and professional level by understanding our end-to-end supply chain processes, including the interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas.
