About the Role
As a Key Account Manager for our new Business Coaching segment, you will work successfully with leading large companies and hidden champions in Spain, developing stable, long-term customer relationships. You will be part of a successful team of talented customer success managers, marketers, and experienced sales experts at our office in Madrid, driving the achievement of successful business results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer needs and develop customer-specific solutions
Build long-term and fruitful customer relationships with key executives and decision makers
Advise customers on the use of our business coaching solution
Accompany the rollout of our services to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and recurring revenue
Work closely with our international marketing teams on sales initiatives, creating new sales opportunities

Requirements
4+ years B2B sales experience in SaaS / Software or digital environment, preferably in business coaching
Proven track record of Business Coaching
Strong ability to proactively identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities
High self-motivation and sales and results-driven
Ability to communicate competently on an equal level with managers and the C-level, even in large, multinational companies
High affinity for topics from the areas of e-learning and business coaching
Fluent in Spanish (native speaker or similar with min. level C1+) and fluent in English
