Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled German Language Content Specialist to join our team at Prime Video. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of German-language content on our platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Applying your knowledge of German language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
  • Managing escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
  • Creating or fixing media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.

About the Team

Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video organization to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.

We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is passionate about delivering high-quality content to our customers. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for language and content, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
  • Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
  • Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
