Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clear strategic plans for logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations.
- Lead the planning, building, and recruitment of a logistics team to support the current and future business needs.
- Review and set up CDC hubs internationally to support global execution of retailing, e-commerce, events, and 365 retailing.
- Oversee and ensure stock accuracy in all CDCs, working closely with the merchandising team.
- Implement the strategy of stock security to prevent theft and damage throughout the supply chain.
- Drive operational efficiency, ensuring the team meets cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers to ensure utilization of services and goods to maximum effect and within budget.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to drive operational efficiency and improve stock management processes.
