Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend solutions using C#, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results, productivity, quality, and value for clients, respecting deadlines and objectives.
- Proactively propose new technologies, tools, and approaches to enhance project outcomes.
- Suggest innovative solutions to business problems and processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences.
- Identify and manage risks, flagging major issues early.
- Strong experience in backend development using C# and SQL Server.
- Passionate about the entire delivery lifecycle, taking ownership and pride in delivering productivity, quality, and innovation.
- Excellent team relationships skills, being open-minded, flexible, and non-religious about technology choice.
- Ideal candidates have experience with RESTful services, middleware (e.g., RabbitMQ), front-end technologies (React or Angular), scripting (PowerShell or Python), and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau).
- Familiarity with DevOps technologies and a culture of continuous delivery.
