Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain planning process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the supply chain planning process, ensuring alignment across various plans and maintaining a structured approach.
- Facilitating regular supply planning meetings, including organization, invitations, minute-taking, and tracking action plans.
- Managing the procurement of materials to guarantee a consistent supply at optimal costs, while planning volumes for each raw material.
- Collaborating closely with Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Operations management for long-term capacity planning.
- Leading monthly planning meetings to discuss inputs from sales and marketing.
- Alerting the organization promptly regarding any risks to stock levels, outbound deliveries, or customer service.
- Preparing and monitoring key performance indicators such as OTIF, Rough Capacity Planning, and stock levels.
- Participating in projects aimed at enhancing the planning process.
- Reviewing third-party execution against performance metrics and ensuring timely operational improvements.
- Evaluating inventory levels at factories based on capacity and raw material plans for the upcoming period.

Qualifications for Success
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally within the animal feed sector or related industries such as FMCG.
