We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage commercial and legal aspects of IT service agreements, mitigating risks and supporting the business with contract negotiation and project execution strategies.

  • Support the lifecycle of IT projects, focusing on risk identification, mitigation, and negotiation strategy.
  • Analyze contractual terms and conditions, advising internal stakeholders on commercial and legal risks.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams in scope/gap analysis, project governance, management of change requests, subcontractors, acceptance procedures, contract interpretation, etc.
  • Assist project teams and senior management in resolving contractual issues and disputes with clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal processes, methodologies, and best practices in Contract Management.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and other business units to ensure contract compliance and successful execution.
  • Provide support and guidance to local and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global Contract Management strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years managing a variety of contracts relating to IT contracts, preferably as Contract Manager or as an IT in-house lawyer.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law.
