Job Summary
Hach is a leading company in the water quality industry, dedicated to ensuring the safety and sustainability of water resources. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team in Bilbao, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate field service technicians for various services, ensuring efficient and effective logistics and communication with customers.
- Manage and optimize dispatching schedules, taking ownership of service execution and meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement creative solutions for ad-hoc interventions and challenging situations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with a European and distributed team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Activate contracts in the Service Software, ensuring optimized visit plans and dispatching for multiple instruments PM contracts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in dispatching and logistics, with a strong understanding of service work and customer interactions.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with native-level Spanish required and Portuguese a plus.
