At ECB, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator to support our operations and business functions. This role involves providing guidance and assistance to help achieve business objectives through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of employee databases, ensuring accurate and timely data provision.
- Processing new hires, terminations, and leaves, as well as administering benefits programs.
- Recruitment process support, including candidate sourcing, screening, and reference checks.
- Communication with external providers in Spain and Portugal.
- Data feed management for joiners and leavers in Workday.
- HR dashboard optimization for internal clients.
Requirements:
- Broad HR knowledge, including legal and labor relations.
- Compensation and benefits best practices.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with Portuguese being an asset.
