We're looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our team in Barcelona and help drive our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and distribute leads across the sales coordinators, maximizing conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies, working closely with leadership to drive business growth and expansion.
- Cover day-to-day sales tasks during team holidays or absences, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruption.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
- Draft rental agreement contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team, driving results and career growth through coaching and mentoring.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Experience managing customer communications and relations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to change.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector, with a passion for innovation and disruption.
