About the Role

Career Renew is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend/DevOps Engineer to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing our technology roadmap, ensuring the scalability and resilience of our backend services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and develop scalable and resilient full-scale production backend services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and the company's overarching strategy
  • Integrate with web3 technologies and protocols, emphasizing secure connections, data flow, and adaptability to the evolving needs of the business and market trends
  • Grow our culture through mentorship and recruiting

Requirements

  • 4+ years of backend/devops development experience
  • Extensive experience with TypeScript
  • Previous work with cloud infrastructure in GCP, Virtual Machines, CI/CD pipelines, RPC and nodes
