Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Tech Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing technical projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify project scope, and ensure alignment.
  3. Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet project needs.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  5. Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Requirements
  1. Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing IT projects, from requirements gathering to delivery.
  2. Technical Knowledge: General understanding of web service architecture and REST APIs.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Technical Background: Experience in testing, development, or DevOps.
  2. Financial Knowledge: Knowledge of trading and investing principles.
