About the Role:

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for contributing to the ATS Network Planning team in our EU headquarters. Your primary goal will be to help deliver customer packages faster, more reliably, and at a lower cost.

About the Team:

The ATS team is a diverse group that plays a central role in Amazon's success. Using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, you will help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Define innovative supply chain and operating models: You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon to develop and implement new strategies for various businesses.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets: You will use data and metrics to determine and drive improvements across supply chains and multiple operations.
  • Influence stakeholders and partner with diverse teams: You will work with a broad set of stakeholders and partner with dynamic teams across Europe to manage complex operational challenges.
  • Support and drive improvement across planning and organization: You will help optimize our supply chains to make our customer experience even better and our business more energy and cost efficient.
  • Coach and develop others: You will contribute to building a stronger team by coaching and developing your colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree: You must have a Master's degree in a relevant field. Preferably, it should be in supply chain management, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field.
  • Experience in program or project management: You should have experience in program or project management, preferably in a supply chain context.
  • Experience in supply chain: You should have experience in supply chain management, preferably in a global context.
  • Experience using data and metrics: You should have experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in English: You should have advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
