D2 Analytics, a leading research company, is seeking a highly motivated Market Research Analyst Intern to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including data analysis, market research, and business development.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support our Senior Consultants in D2 – Analytics Digital Demand, D2 – Digital Supply, and D2 – Live-Quanti projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data processing and analysis of raw data using Excel and our internal IT solution
  • Data insights reporting in Word and PowerPoint
  • Conducting desk research
  • Participating in creating perception surveys for client projects and data clustering of results
  • Intense communication with the IT team and outsourcing partners
  • Customizing our corporate data visualization software
  • Attending meetings with clients as part of the team (if required)
  • Active role in developing Bloom Consulting Country and City Brand Rankings or other research projects

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or similar
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Very high level of English (speaking, reading, and writing) as it is our official language
  • Strong data-oriented and analytical skills with problem-solving abilities and proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to approach projects and tasks
  • Professional attitude, accountability, enthusiasm, and willingness to work hard
  • Previous experience may be a plus, but it is not mandatory

Additional Information

The internship is a paid position, with an estimated salary of €16,000 per year, based on the location and job requirements. The minimum duration of the internship is 3 months, and a hybrid work model can be discussed according to your autonomy at a later stage. Valid health insurance coverage is required for the entire internship duration. Please note that this internship is not remunerated, and a university-internship agreement with Bloom Consulting is essential.
