¿Qué es un Especialista SAP BTP?

Un Especialista SAP BTP es un profesional experto en la implementación y gestión de la plataforma SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) en la empresa Mapfre. Su objetivo es analizar e interpretar los procesos de soporte y evolución del negocio de Recursos Humanos para ofrecer soluciones operativas y/o tecnológicas que permitan el desarrollo de las estrategias de negocio, contribuyendo a la transformación, automatización y digitalización de los procesos.

Responsabilidades del Especialista SAP BTP
  • Análisis e interpretación de los procesos de soporte y evolución del negocio de Recursos Humanos.
  • Gestión de tareas y interlocución con usuarios finales y proveedores para la toma de requisitos, comprensión de necesidades, problemas/incidencias, planteamiento, entrega de soluciones y control de plazos de entrega y tareas técnicas subyacentes.
  • Gestión del mantenimiento/soporte de la plataforma SAP BTP, incluyendo la comprensión y resolución eficiente de incidentes técnicos.
  • Definición del alcance y planificación de proyectos y evolutivos sobre la plataforma SAP BTP, incluyendo la coordinación y supervisión de la ejecución de las distintas fases de los proyectos/evolutivos.
  • Diseño de arquitectura de soluciones e integraciones con otros aplicativos.
  • Apoyo en las tareas de administración de SAP BTP.
  • Mantenimiento de un conocimiento actualizado de los procedimientos, criterios y avances técnicos de SAP BTP.
Requisitos del Especialista SAP BTP
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en proyectos de integración utilizando SAP Integration Suite y en proyectos de desarrollo como full stack developer utilizando las siguientes tecnologías de backend y frontend: CAP, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP UI5 / Angular, SAP HANA XSA.
  • Ingeniería técnica, superior Informática/Telecomunicaciones o similar.
  • Nivel de inglés: Mínimo B.
  • Deseable contar con alguna de las siguientes certificaciones: SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP BTP Extension Developer y SAP HANA Cloud.
