Job Description
As a Conversational AI Strategist, you will lead the customer relationship and oversee ITIL-based process management for world-class AI Conversational System solutions. You will possess extensive cross-domain knowledge of AI-driven technologies and business processes related to conversational interfaces.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of up to 3 people in managing Service Management priorities and defining quarterly priorities
- Driving strategically selected topics to support business growth, such as customer revenue planning and customer targeting
- Shaping the strategic business roadmap for the implementation of Conversational AI solutions
- Participating in the full IT process by providing and developing cost-effective IT services that contribute to the company's service portfolio
You will work closely with customer business analysts, AI system developers, project service managers, third-party providers, and senior management to ensure the successful implementation of desired AI-driven business services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A background as a Management Consultant with Business & IT focus (no developer experience required)
- Experience in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) and/or IT Project Management
- Self-organization and structuring capabilities with a focus on steering groups
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive operatively selected topics
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager
