Your Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of the F&B sector, a passion for concept development, and the ability to implement advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptual Innovation: Develop groundbreaking F&B concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure viability and marketability.
  • Technological Prowess: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement, maintain, and monitor quality standards across all F&B operations to meet Olala Homes' high standards.
  • Leadership Excellence: Provide oversight for all F&B operations, leading your team to exceed targets and fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Agility: Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with business objectives, collaborating with other department heads and executive team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within the F&B sector.
  • A proven record of developing and implementing successful F&B concepts.
  • Extensive experience with the implementation and integration of emerging technologies in the F&B industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of F&B quality control procedures.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Capable of thriving in a high-paced, demanding work environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
