We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Coffee King. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including customer and supplier accounts, using Sage 50 software.
  • Process transactions, including sales orders, purchase management, and bank reconciliation.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and liaising with clients and suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage reports, including financial statements, sales reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with Sage 50 Accounts software.
  • An advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
