About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO consultant to join our team at EPAM. As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the implementation and optimization of SAP Financial Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in SAP FICO, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other business systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients and internal teams on SAP FICO best practices and new features.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and advancements, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong technical skills in SAP FICO, including knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
