About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Southern Europe, providing analytical and technical support to deployments, monitoring and analyzing Track & Trace projects. As a key member of our PMO Initiatives, you will be responsible for preparing ad-hoc reporting, manipulating and analyzing complex data from various sources, and contributing to the production and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the PMO Initiatives in technical and analytical tasks to deploy track and trace flow illumination projects, identifying patterns and anomalies that drive corrective actions.
  • Prepare clear and concise project results reporting using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques.
  • Manipulate and analyze high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources, including retail and commercial teams.
  • Contribute to the production and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
  • Drive process automation and improvements, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Track and communicate progress across existing and future projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Experience in Data Management, BI Technology, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Intellectual curiosity, tech passion, good communication skills, teamwork, and data-oriented personality.
  • Basic project management skills and coding knowledge (DAX, Python, R, SQL, AWS, Azure).
  • Languages: Spanish and English.
