We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our team at IPC Systems, a leading fintech company. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our EMEA and US business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiating and Drafting Commercial Agreements: You will negotiate, draft, and advise on commercial agreements for our technology company, including customer agreements (SaaS, license, CapEx, maintenance, and managed services agreements) and vendor agreements (in-bound license agreements).
- Supporting Business Teams: You will work closely with our sales, procurement, product management, operations, and finance teams to provide guidance on commercial legal issues and risk mitigation.
- Managing In-House Responsibilities: You will manage a wide range of in-house responsibilities, including supporting the company secretarial function and negotiating, drafting, and advising on a wide range of other agreements, including distributor agreements, intercompany agreements, and leases.
- 5+ Years Post Qualified Experience: You must have at least 5 years of post-qualified experience as a European or US qualified lawyer.
- Fluency in English: You must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial Technology Contracts: You must have experience with commercial technology contracts and a strong understanding of financial technology.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: You must be a bright, high-energy individual with a commitment to acting with the highest ethical standards and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
