Job Description:
As a Senior Transfer Agent at Adepa Global Services, you will play a pivotal role in serving our investors worldwide. You will report directly to the TA Production Manager and be responsible for maintaining shareholder registers in collaboration with the AML and KYC team.
We are seeking an exceptional individual who can collect, analyze, and process investor instructions with accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure seamless control and accounting for cash movements, trades, distributions, and capital calls. Additionally, you will generate Cash Flow forecasts and Contract Notes while overseeing third-party Transfer Agencies. Your contributions will also focus on process improvements within the department and key projects related to the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of experience within a Transfer Agency unit, preferably in Luxembourg. Your comprehensive knowledge of Transfer Agency processes is essential, along with a strong understanding of alternative and private equity funds. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory, with other European languages being an advantage. Your ability to work independently with high-quality standards and excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical components of this position.
