Job Description:

Nordex SE seeks a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our construction project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in the wind industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all project on-site activities comply with Nordex QHSE regulations and specific QHSE regulations for construction sites.
Manage construction activities to meet deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in the wind industry.
Complementary training in internal IT systems and tools, such as SAP, BIC, Upvise, ServiceNow, Campus, NXTranslator, Windchill, Team Center, Webinar, Quentic, CEIS.
Leadership abilities and strong communication skills.
Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to create and maintain good working relationships.
