At Menarini Stemline, we are seeking a skilled Medical Oncology Specialist to join our team. As an Oncology Market Access Expert, you will play a vital role in designing, planning, and executing local market access strategies for our innovative therapies.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the therapeutic area and be able to develop trusted relationships with key scientific societies, influencers, payers, decision-makers, and networks. You will design and refresh local market access plans, including value propositions and key messages, as part of brand planning.
Your responsibilities will include building negotiation strategies, P&R HTA dossiers, and executing on them. You will also agree and implement integrated evidence generation plans in collaboration with other internal and external research teams.
Additionally, you will collaborate and support product development groups, ensure full integration of activities with global and Europe, train and develop colleagues as needed, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Oncology market access role with direct product responsibility.
Functional / Technical Competencies- Fluent in Spanish and English;
- Current understanding of oncology payers landscape and decision-making processes in Spain;
- Expertise in key HTA methodologies and pricing;
- Project management consolidated experience;
- Strategic thinking and business acumen;
- Ability to work cross-functionally on a large number of projects;
