We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Concierge to join our team at Rosewood Villa Magna. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

• Manage the operations of the Concierge, Luggage Porters, Door Persons, and Drivers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate arrivals and departures of VIPs, return, and extended stay guests.
• Provide efficient, courteous, and professional assistance to guests in all Concierge-related functions.
• Lead and motivate the Concierge team to deliver exceptional service and meet guest expectations.
• Build relationships with guests, partners, and colleagues to create lasting memories.
• Stay up-to-date with local attractions, events, and amenities to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
