The Role

Veeva Link aims to create connected data applications that enhance research and patient outcomes. Link Medical Insight is a product that captures, reveals, and disseminates medical insights across the enterprise, enabling medical teams to refine their strategy based on scientific insights.

Job Description

As the Senior Manager Agile Operations, you will be the go-to expert for all data operations related to Medical Insights. You will collaborate with product management, central data operations, software engineering, data science, data governance, and quality control teams to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
  • Optimize processes and develop best practices
  • Steer meaningful KPIs to drive performance, such as efficiency and quality
  • Ensure high data quality and drive quality improvement initiatives
Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have an academic background or working experience in operations in a big tech company or a hyper-growth company. You should be agile, work with a high degree of autonomy, and drive customer success. Additionally, you should be familiar with driving continuous improvements, process excellence, and motivating large teams to go above and beyond.
