Chief Statistician

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong expertise in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or a related field to join our dynamic and diverse global team.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of consumer behavior, panel-based projections, and consumer metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating and improving current methodologies, especially the consumer projection, and our analytical models
• Leading and defining the R&D for the Consumer product's core methods
• Presenting and communicating findings and recommendations based on rigorous research and analysis to peers and senior stakeholders
• Developing prototypes of new solutions and methodologies to address challenges in a dynamic market environment
• Coordinating efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders

Requirements include:

• Master's Degree or PHD in Mathematics, Statistics, Socio-economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years experience of managing a team
• Strong statistical and logical skills, with experience in outlier validation, sampling, bias reduction, indirect estimation, or data aggregation techniques
• Knowledge of consumer behavior and (un)managed consumer-related crowd-sourced panels
• Proficiency in manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets
• Strong experience with Python or another high-level programming language
• Eagerness to adopt and develop evolving technologies and tools
