Salary

We offer an attractive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career progression.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our customers during their holiday. Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
• Utilizing a sales through service approach to promote local experiences and attractions
• Supporting with any disruption, serious emergencies, or customer escalations
• Being the face of Jet2holidays during scheduled hotel visits and virtually via video call
• Maximising branding opportunities within hotels and resorts

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Full right to work documents for Spain
• Living in the destination or willing to source own accommodation
• A driver with access to a motorised vehicle/car for work purposes
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and weekends
• Positive friendly attitude and IT confidence to use in-house digital systems daily
