About the role:
You will join the Talent Acquisition team to drive growth by scaling product teams across multiple regions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Your impact:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for Product, Tech, and Data roles
- Develop dashboards and analyze key recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies
- Innovate and create new sourcing strategies to attract top talent in product, design, and data
- Continuously optimize job postings and recruitment content to enhance candidate engagement
- Streamline the hiring process and contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives
Requirements:
Highly organized with 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within startups, scaleups, or SMBs, possessing strong expertise in Product recruitment, proficiency with ATS and data-driven skills, and collaboration effectiveness with cross-functional teams to meet tech hiring needs.
