Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned mixed-signal design engineer to lead the development of our next-generation sensor products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, with a focus on signal processing and sensors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specify design targets and conduct block partitioning, transistor-level design, and layout supervision.
  • Validate and debug fabricated silicon.
  • Design mixed-signal building blocks, focusing on key analog components.
  • Analyze and optimize performance.
  • Verify designs and ensure they meet specifications.
  • Implement design-for-test, yield, and reliability features.
  • Specify and integrate automotive functional safety features.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to define system architecture.
  • Work with the test engineering team to develop a production test flow.
  • Document designs and architectures.
  • Participate in silicon evaluation in the lab.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design and IC development.
  • Strong background in signal processing and sensors.
  • Good understanding of high-speed layout considerations, including parasitics, crosstalk, supply, and bias distribution.
  • Solid analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools and mixed-signal simulation.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate in sensor development and design.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with analog, digital, and test engineers.
  • Project management experience.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Education MSEE or higher.
