Learning Manager

The Learning Manager is a key member of the leadership team within an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, responsible for managing the learning needs of all employees.
This role requires a strong understanding of the business needs, the ability to analyse issues, and the initiative to influence solutions and outcomes.
The Learning Manager will work closely with a central EU team to effectively prioritise and deploy training programs based on customer need, from training processes at scale to ongoing leader development.
As a dynamic and challenging environment, the Fulfilment Centre is a great place to develop our people and be close to the action.
The Learning Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of Trainers and a Learning Specialist
- End-to-end ownership of the associate and leader training programs at site
- Creating effective partnerships with other Learning Teams within the EU
- Planning, developing, and evaluating all training initiatives
- Owning, developing, and communicating projects
- Providing coaching and feedback on leadership-related topics
A day in the life of the Learning Manager will be dynamic, with active participation in various meetings, including stakeholder calls and one-on-one meetings with essential stakeholders.
The Learning Manager will play a pivotal role in PIT governance, overseeing aspects like capacity management, trainer certification, content enhancement, and project management.
This is a team player who must have the ability to work closely with others to respond effectively to a variety of training scenarios.
