As a key member of the logistics department, you will be responsible for managing assigned transportation lanes, organizing and coordinating transport requests, and ensuring timely and effective communication between clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned transportation lanes and coordinate transport requests.
- Plan and track deliveries according to customer requirements.
- Be the main contact person for the sales department regarding assigned deliveries.
- Coordinate unload schedules with distribution centers.
- Ensure effective and timely correct verbal and written communication between departments and the logistics department.
- Resolve and manage queries and complaints.
- Liaise regularly with commercial and product areas.
- E nsure carrier and product transport compliance.
- Process transport claims and complaints.
- Negotiate special transport rates or services.

Requirements:
- Higher Studies in Business or Transport / Logistics Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position in an international environment, preferably with perishable products.
- Fluency, written and verbal, in English. German or Polish is valued.
