We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering medium to large-scale SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across various high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and aware of other HR technologies
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
- Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices for successful implementations
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for the client's key users
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support
- Proven experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Recruiting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology
- Good understanding of HR processes
- High level of English is essential; French or German are welcome
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative, with a self-managing approach
