We are seeking a highly skilled Full Time Back Office Support Specialist to join our team at Upliftinlife in Barcelona. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional back office support, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive back office support to our clients and internal teams
- Taking ownership of general administrative tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Delivering online support for specific cases, demonstrating empathy and strong communication skills
- Maintaining accurate records and data, adhering to quality control standards
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Portuguese
- Valid working permit for Spain or EU citizenship
- Affinity with back office services and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strengths in efficiency, accuracy, and empathy, with a goal-oriented work approach
- Ability to work full-time, with flexibility to accommodate weekend shifts and a dynamic schedule
